Ice House Reservoir, Ca Engagement Session | Joey and Nathan

We were hoping for a snowy session up at Ice House Reservoir, but instead we were blessed with some of the best sunset light ever mixed with the gorgeous Icehouse Lake in Northern California! The pine trees and mountainous background were a beautiful contrast to Joey and Nathan’s High Sierra Iris & Wedding Gardens wedding that will be happening next spring.

It was so much fun to get to photograph Joey and Nathan for their Northern California engagement session, a location where these two frequent for adventures. I grew up with these two, and getting to experience their love first hand in a location that they find special was beautiful. Their wedding should be just as amazing as getting to frolic through the forest together.
